Everyone is welcome from 5:30 PM, we start at 6:00 PM. The end is scheduled at 9 PM.

- Ramen introduction
- Clear Chintan broth, based on chicken with pork or beef.
- Shoyu Taré
- Aromatic oil
- Noodles introduction
- Toppings, including Soboro (marinated minced meat) and Ajitama (marinated egg)

Who is Nick Hofman?
Chef Nick Hofman has a mission in life: the ultimate pleasure, through the perfect ramen! His restaurant, Zuru Zuru Ramen in Ghent, takes you straight to the bustling streets of Japan, and the very best ramen. Zuru Zuru Ramen is known for its craftsmanship and traditional preparation methods, distinguished by the likes of Gault & Millau and Fooding. Nick’s new project, Goro Goro Ramen at Wolf Food Market in Antwerp, serves artisanal ramen with fresh, organic noodles in a savoury broth, packed with deep umami flavours. The word “Goro Goro” refers to the sound of thunder, which perfectly describes the explosive flavour of the dishes. Expect a selection of ramen with carefully marinated toppings, from tender meats to crunchy vegetables, that will make your taste buds tingle.
